Terrible app. Cant believe Spectrum voip uses it for business accounts. Cannot answer calls when I see them coming in. If i answer on another phone, the call keeps ringing on my mobile incessantly. Cannot make outbound call. It is useless...

Patrick Molloy

App disconnects from data and wifi connections. Does not serve its stated purpose.

Mark Montanye

Often doesn't ring. Takes a longtime to load content in the app like voicemail and contacts. I receive voicemails days after the phone did not ring.

Scott Gillard

The worst, I'd give it 0 if I could. Rings over calls, log out and still get calls, will hold a tone as of you're pressing a button, will not send a signal through and leave you stuck in phone trees.

Kristen Hurwitz

Hangs up every time I answer. This needs to be fixed ASAP, but looking at other reviews I shouldn't expect them to.

Andrea Nichols

The calls are constantly dropped

Laura Medina

This app is very buggy. When trying to answer calls, the app sometimes crashes and when I have someone on hold, I sometimes am unable to return to that call if the other person I was on with hangs up. Call history is spotty too. Seems to not show missed calls. The speaker button for audio output switches on/off on it's own... It's very inconsistent and it often performs poorly. The company seriously needs to work out the bugs on this app and update it.

Max Espinoza

Since we first started using Snapmobile in our company, the app has got worse and worse with each update to Android. For instance, it will often show people being on calls who are not even logged in and will show users logged in who aren't. There is no way of turning the app off completely without a force shut down and if you don't do that then it will randomly log you back in and the phone will ring; very annoying if it is in the middle of the night!. Also, when it is falsely showing someone else on a call (and that person isn't even near their phone, then it becomes impossible to answer the call yourself. Frustrated doesn't even begin to describe it especially when management has a go at you for not answering calls!

Maverick Mitchell-Hogarth

Haven't gotten to really use this app but what I have seen is good.

Mark Acquaviva

I've only ever seen the UI of this app once during set up and now it crashes on launch every time. Cleared storage/cache, manually allowed all permissions, ran on both cell data and wifi. The app won't launch.
